안녕하세요 이번에 시민권 와이프를 만나서 영주권 신청이 들어갔습니다.
아직은 좀 이른감이 있지만 혹시 영주권 인터뷰시에 불체자신분으로 일한것을 사실대로 밝혀야할까요
아니면 밝히지 않는것이 좋을까요
심사관은 모든것을 알고있다고 하던데 그럼 사실대로 밝히지 않으면 그럼 이때까지 소득은 어떻게 되냐고 물어보면
어떤 모션을 취해야 할까요
참고로 이때까지 소득은 세금보고 없이 캐쉬잡만 해서 기록은 없습니다.

불체니까 캐쉬잡 하는거죠..
불체라서 불안해 하지말고
괜히 진실한 결혼아니라고 트집 잡지 않을까
그 걱정 이나 하세요
아주 재수 없으면 이상한 인터뷰어 만나서
영주권 안나오거나 비디오 녹화 하면서 깐깐 하게
나올수 있어요.

시민권자 배우자는 불법 체류기간과 불법 노동이 자동 "용서"가 됩니다. 그렇지 않다면 불법 노동 뿐 아니라 불법체류도 문제가 되겠죠. 모든 걸 사실대로 이야기 하세요. 사실대로 말 하지않거나 거짓말을 하다가 탄로가 나면 오히려 거짓말을 한 죄(?)로 영주권이 거부됩니다.
소득이 얼마건 소득에 대해서는 묻지 않습니다만 역시 물으면 사실대로 말 하세요.

선생님, 심사관은 신이 아닙니다. 다 알수 없습니다.
Off the book /cash job 들은 말해주기 전까지 모릅니다.
Too much info 라는 말이 있는데요, 너무 다 말하지 않으셔도 됩니다.
항상 묻는 말에만 대답하고, 간단하게 짧게 대답하시면 됩니다.
밑으로는 실제 인터뷰 물어보는 내용인데요, 인터뷰전 숙지 하시고 대답 준비해서 가시면 되는데요, 아내분과 사랑하셔서 결혼하신거면 그걸로 됬고, 사기결혼, 위장결혼이 아니면 됩니다. 실제 질문들 여기에서 다 나오니 와이프분과 한번 읽어보시고 인터뷰 준비하시면 많은 참고가 될겁니다.

선생님이 미국에 들어와서 일한적이 있냐고 물어볼겁니다. 인터뷰 자체에 이 질문이 원래 포함되어 있어요.
와이프가 버는 돈으로, 렌트및 모든 생활비가 다 커버되면 일한적 없다고 하셔도 되고, 와이프 버는것이 (세금보고 산정 기준으로) 렌트및 생활비보다 적을경우 캐쉬잡으로 일한적/일하고 있다 하시고, 생활고로 인한, 부족한 살림에 생계형 취직은 심사관이 그냥 넘기오니, 남자이고... 아내와 자식들(자식 있으시면) 을 굶길수 없는 inevitable (필수불가결한) 사정때문이라고 쪼한 말하시길 조언드리고요, 선생님이 주축이되어 모든 생활경제의 primary income source 로, 혹은 head of household, 가장으로 하지 마시고 항상 와이프인컴이 가계경제의 중심이라는걸 안지시키는 것도 중요하고요.

** 불체자는 일을 하지 못하고, 일을 할경우 법을 어기는 것이란걸 항상 염두하시고요. 배우자가 시민권이어서 영주권이 게런티 됨으로 나이스 하게 봐주는 것이고, 정말 드럽게 까다로운 심사관은 심지어 이걸 문제시 삼기도 합니다.

인터뷰를 왜 하겠어요...사기결혼 아니고서야 영주권 주기위해 인터뷰 하는 것인데요, 떨어트릴려고 인터뷰 하는게 아니지 말입니다. 100명중 99명은 앤간해선 다 받습니다.


1. Green Card Marriage Interview Questions About Your Courtship Period
  1. Who introduced you to your spouse?
  2. How did you first meet?
  3. When and where did you meet the first time?
  4. Could you describe the first meeting?
  5. Where were you living at the time? Where was your spouse living?
  6. Who was your spouse living with when you met?
  7. Did you exchange phone numbers and/or email addresses?
  8. Did you make arrangements to meet again?
  9. When did you next meet?
  10. Where did you and your spouse go on your second date?
  11. What did the two of you have in common?
  12. What attracted you to your spouse?
  13. Where did you go for dates?
  14. When did your relationship turn romantic?
  15. When did you decide to get married?
  16. Where were you at the time?
  17. How long was it before you decided to get married?
  18. Who proposed to whom?

  7. Is he/she wearing her wedding ring right now?
  8. Who were the bridesmaids/groomsmen?
  9. Did each of your parents attend the wedding?
  10. Did any of your, and your spouses, family members attend? If so, who?
  11. Who were the witnesses to the ceremony?

  13. How late did the guests stay at the wedding?
  14. Did you have a reception after the ceremony?

  1. Describe the place where you lived right after the marriage [Number of bedrooms and bathrooms; furnishings; color of walls, floor covering, appliances, etc; type of air conditioning (window or central), heating (gas or electrical), etc; number of telephones, TV sets etc.]?
  2. Where do you live now?
  3. How long have you been staying at the current address?
  4. Do you live in a home (single family, condominium, townhouse) or apartment? How much is the mortgage or rent? Who pays it? When is it paid?

If you live in an apartment or condominium:

  13. Do you have a garage? How many cars fit into it? Who parks in it? Do you use a garage door opener? Who keeps the garage door opener in the car?
  14. What color are the kitchen curtains?
  15. Do you have a barbecue grill? Do you use it? Is it gas or charcoal?
  16. Where is the garbage kept in the kitchen?
  17. What are the garbage pickup days?
  18. Do you use bottled or a water filtration system? If so, describe it.
  19. Does your refrigerator make ice or do you use ice trays?
  20. What type of refrigerator do you have (Top- or Bottom-Freezer, Side-by-Side or French doors)?
  21. Where do you keep your toothbrushes?

  1. Do you set up the alarm clock to get up in the morning?
  2. Who gets up first? At what time?
  3. Who does most of the cooking?
  4. Who usually makes breakfast?
  5. What does your spouse drink in the morning? (Such as coffee, tea, milk, etc.) If so, does he/she use cream and/or sugar?
  6. What do each of you usually eat for breakfast?
  7. Who goes grocery shopping? Where? How often? How do you get there?
  8. What kind of toothpaste/soap/ shampoo do each of you use?
  9. Does your spouse use a regular toothbrush or an electric one?
  10. Do you have any pets? Which ones (such as dog, cat, fish, etc.)? Who feeds it? Who walks it or cleans its cage, kitty litter box, etc.?
  11. Is your spouse taking medication? What are the names of the medication? What condition require that medication?
  12. What are your working hours?
  13. What time do you or your spouse arrive home (whoever is working)?
